3. Project‑Based Services (e.g., SOP Development)

For fixed‑price projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront. If you cancel before any work has begun, you will receive a refund of the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non‑refundable.

4. Monthly Subscription Services

For ongoing monthly services (e.g., corporate administrative support), fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Quarterly Vendor Coordination

Quarterly fees for vendor coordination are non‑refundable after the first 14 days of the quarter. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you may receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee.

6. Compliance Filing Services

Fees for annual reports, licensing renewals, and state filings are generally non‑refundable once the filing has been submitted. If we are unable to complete the filing due to incorrect information provided by you, a resubmission fee may apply and no refund will be given.

7. Project Logistics Planning

A 50% deposit is required for project logistics. If you cancel before any logistics work has begun, the deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee. After work begins, the deposit is non‑refundable.

8. Third‑Party Fees

Any fees paid to third parties (government agencies, software vendors, etc.) are non‑refundable, even if the associated service is canceled.

9. Expedited Service Fees

Fees paid for expedited processing or rush services are non‑refundable, regardless of when the service is canceled.

To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email or our contact form. Include your name, the service in question, and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.

11. Review and Decision

We will review your request and notify you of the decision within 10 business days. If approved, we will initiate a credit to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your financial institution.

12. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund if the work performed does not meet your expectations, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery and we are unable to resolve the issue.

13. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to make it right. If we cannot come to a satisfactory resolution, a partial refund may be considered.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages). In such cases, we may offer credit for future services, but no refund will be issued.
